Cons

None worth noting--this is one of the few public accounting firms where leaders seem to care about both employees and clients.

Pros

This firm has figured out that if you want to develop the next generation of leaders, you actually have to invest in them by spending time with them, develop them and challenge them to grow, not just with words but in the training programs, etc. Awesome experience!

Cons

Nothing worth using to effectively evaluate the organization for employment purposes. Dealing with different personalities and leadership styles is a part of life and more a personal skill for the incoming employee than a flaw of the current company leaders.

Great boss, honest people committed to their community and a fun work environment most of the time.

Cons

Some of the partners are less concerned about jr. staff than others. But overall the company does a good job across the org chart.
