Pros

There are some good people in the company that make it enjoyable. The general public loves the product and it is nice working for a company where people understand what we provide.

Cons

Management is out of touch with reality. Unrealistic goals and expectations keep turnover high and morale low. Not a lot pf promotion from within.

Pros

Discounted donuts. You were allowed to take home free donuts left over from the night before if you were on an early morning shift or if you closed. Also There were some decent coworkers to work with.

Cons

You are working your butt off without a set break.When it gets busy you don’t have time to sit down at all or even go to the bathroom!
