      Pros

      If you enjoy being overworked, disrespected, and screamed at then lied about by a crew of managers who don't even communicate properly with each other let alone employees, this is a great place!

      Cons

      Too many to list. It was like falling in love with a sociopath- sweet and charming at first then gradually you notice inconsistencies, dishonesties, hostility and finally you realize you're in a dangerous abusive relationship.

      A sweet place to work

      Cons

      Mgmt does not communicate at all. Also, you can't get a properly fitting uniform or replacements when needed. You never can get a weekend off you should rotate. It's not hard to make a schedule.

      Cons

      Everyone working there clearly hates their job. The management hate their jobs and don't know how to maintain morale or make employees stick around. Six hour closing shifts would turn into ten hour shifts regularly, working from 3 PM until sometimes 1 in the morning because the closing shifts have too many tasks to complete--and if they're completed shoddily because of time constraints, you get yelled at. You get reprimanded for staying past the end of your shift and for not getting everything done. There are no breaks to speak of if the shop is understaffed, and expect to be on your feet dealing with needy customers the entire time.
