      Pros

      Free donuts whenever you work as well as drinks, very simple job (Literally put donuts into a box and pour drinks. That's it.) Some of the co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Management, Most of the customers just want free stuff and will do whatever they can to get it, Very busy and sometimes stressful weekend nights, some co-workers do not want to pick up slack and do their job. Not much room for advancement.

      Pros

      The people. Some of the most generous human beings on earth work extremely hard in the shops. The product. It sells itself, and it makes people's day.

      Cons

      Constant turnover in upper levels at corporate. Unrealistic goals and sales ultimatums. Complete disconnect between every department. Zero communication and transparency from the top down. Only care about the bottom line. Employees are not valued as assets, more so viewed as a nuisance expense. No job security; employees are a statistic. Not friendly for a younger consumer or workforce. Ran by older generations immune to new age thinking.

      none they abuse the store management and conduct themselves as above all and have delusions of grandeur and think they own you and your life think of everyone is a thief and have cameras everywhere more than a bank

      Cons

      a lot upper management are Hippocrates if they like you you stay they don't respect the work done
