      Pros

      Company bought out and made a private company, now they don't have to worry about wall street

      Cons

      Need to look at the direction that is being give to lower management, its not clear. There is not a concise direction given. The training of management and mid-management need to be revamped.

      All of the trainers that they brought in to open the store were awesome, benefits were decent

      Cons

      Poor scheduling at my location, certain supervisors believed that they were above helping out in the more difficult aspects of the store (ie. production), higher level management badmouthed hourly employees openly to shift supervisors
