Pros

Decent wages for management, donuts/coffee are high quality and free, customer base is mostly very friendly, easy job with the right employees in place.

Cons

High turnover from low wages, high expectations from managers since corporate buyout, TERRIBLE management transition system, Overtime Nazis, Outdated practices, Can’t shake the “fast-food” image/feel, Company absolutely obsesses over every last customer complaint regardless of validity, relentless and obsessive coupon hoarding.

No boss with you as you deliver. Meet some fun people on the routes.

Cons

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I repeatedly got threatened to be fired if i didn't come in on my 1 day off to cover someone who called off. Even though in our descriptions it is the supervisors job to cover. They are lazy, they don't help, and don't do anything about it when someone isnt doing the route right. Since we are paid on commission it affects everyone. My main manager only came to work every other week. Then he would say he's at a meeting and you could here his dog in the back ground. The pay was also cut from averaging 20.00 an hour to 13.00 in my case.
