no choice of shifts. abusive and curt store manager. store manager tries to palm work off onto retail apprentices. Poor level of English from store manager and also treats customers badly. You will have no personal life if you do all the evening shifts all the time. No real structured training .

Hours always up less than two days before. No consistency with hours or shifts. No consideration if you have uni, children, prior engagements etc. Lots of people ring in sick due to atmosphere, pay, hours etc. The managers are not very good (especially in terms of organisation) and constantly leaving. Rude customers who refuse to read the menus themselves. Few rewards. No training. Night shift retail staff left on their own for ten hours after one shift. Rarely use your discount on the products (aside from drinks) because you never want to look at the doughnuts again.
