Pros
Management not breathing down your neck all the time Most of the hard work is done while there is multiple staff there Union Co-workers are awesome
Cons
That box has little to no Insulation Management is constantly rotating Almost no chance for upwards growth Management never answers pages and you're lucky if you get a walkie Training could be anywhere from 2-4 shifts and you'll never know which you get. They promise to train people inside to cover night crews breaks and lunches but never do so have fun with customers pounding on your doors and windows
