Pros

Coworkers really make or break your time working here, honestly when I worked on the front end it felt like work family. Customers are usually pretty understanding when you are out of stock on an item. Hey, the employee discount on store brand stuff is nice, I use it a lot on food from the deli for lunch breaks

Cons

The store manger expects you to be constantly working on something. No room for you to explain yourself when you are trying to figure out what you need to be doing next.
