Pros

I appreciate the benefits and learning opportunities. I enjoy people so I’m going to be happy- always. There is always an opportunity to learn. I love that Kroger has adopted agile principles. I have also met many wonderful co workers and peers.

Cons

Leadership continues to make poor decisions that only hurt those below them. These poor decisions lead to large layoffs. These layoffs cause workers to take on more work, as if they are doing more than one job. It’s a vicious cycle and happens too often. There are so very unqualified folks with job titles unaffiliated with their actual work, but rather their tenure.
