Overworked

Pros

I worked here for five years. I moved up very quickly. If you’re a hard worker, it’s *occasionally* possible but you HAVE to push people to actually do the paperwork for you to move up.

Cons

I worked an average of 60 hours with no days off from October to December and was running three departments and they tried to make me waive my overtime for it every single week and berated me for working too much, and then for things not getting done…even things outside my department. Management sucks, our union rep sucked and was one of the biggest problems at the store, and despite having concrete evidence of said rep falsifying documents, nothing ever happened.

Pros

My coworkers were such a great group of people. It was so easy working together and approaching each one of them when I had any questions. The projects were incredibly easy to manage.

Cons

Of course will many companies it would have to be the work politics.
