not many pay is just ok

Cons

work life balance 50 hours minimum expectation is more like 60-70 on call 24/7 controls your schedule no parity in pay how your treated is based on your relationships not your production little to no training even as an internal candidate really just poorly constructed and will treat you as if your the problem.

Very low pay compared to similar companies in area Upper Management ignores and dismisses sexual harassment reports Employees outside time management company (workforce management) to further push employees on a minute to minute reporting basis Skipping breaks is encouraged to meet metrics

upper district management and staff will try to speak down on you or speak unprofessionally to you. HR isn't any help with discrimination Caucasian men get whatever they want even if they don't have the degrees or experience.
