Discounts, development opportunities, promote within, benefits, company-culture in the beginning was good, annual salary increases, bonuses can be big

Cons

Company culture went down around 2023, health insurance spouse fee too high, interim CEO, old fashion views on remote/hybrid work, no longer a people first organization

-Aggressive micromanaging -Company claims the schedule is flexible, it is not -District and division management has so many people in so many departments that the departments are unaware of what is happening in other departments, increasing store level stress
