Pros

401k, vacation, personal days, discounts, union, healthcare coverage

Cons

Goals can sometimes be unobtainable which can negatively impact your bonus potential. Not always given enough help and often times the people you are given aren't the best.

Pros

Could be worse Decent Pay (Over 60k + bonus potential) (up to 80k potentially) 13 weeks Paid Training 3 weeks vacation during first year 4 personal holidays

Cons

10 hours shifts not including commute there and back, 5 days a week A lot of hypocrites (mgmt & associates) & ppl who don’t wants to work & being down other people Lots of micromanaging Did I mention 10 hours shifts, 5 days a week Same rules don’t apply to everyone Not easy to move up but possible Friendly culture is preached, but not enforced but everyone You will hardly ever have time to yourself. I was leaving my house 11 AM to get home 11 PM most days. Just enough time to sleep and repeat the process
