Pros

They pay alright and of their medical benefits ONE of them is really good but you will be incentivized not to take that one.

Cons

Absolutely zero confidence in management. Very little information moves around that is sensible or even usable, meanwhile, they will spend a ludicrous amount of time having you make ridiculous arts and crafts projects in the off time. Hours subject to change CONSTANTLY. Hours WILL be cut and nothing you can do about it. NO UNION. They fight HARD against a Union and make it very clear during training and if you even bring it up you can be reprimanded in shady ways. Overall just a real disgusting place to have worked and left with an awful taste in my mouth. If you have ANY care or concern for your own mental health and sanity, do NOT enter into this horrible corporate fiasco of a business.

Pros

Interviews are fairly easy and you'll get a quick start date.

Cons

Primarily, they do not hire full time, so although they may choose to give you 40 hours per week, you won't qualify for any benefits until after a year of employment. Instead of offering competitive pay, they will low ball you and you'll have to fight to make more. They randomly cut hours for weeks at a time and blame it on corporate. You'll get mail offers for auto insurance and pet insurance but won't have medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc. until a year after employment. Stores are purposely understaffed and staff often work in very stressful conditions.

Pros

Working hours are flexible Pay is okay

Cons

You are being recorded for your entire shift and points being given for every little thing you do. You take a drink of water? Points. You turn the corner without two hands on the steering wheel? Points. You are less than 8 seconds behind the car in front of you? Points. You go over the speed limit at all? Points. It goes on and on. The management definitely plays favorites. Some people never go on deliveries but stay at the warehouse all day doing nothing while the rest of us are busting our butts delivering groceries all day. Sometimes you might have 10 cases of water and it has to go to the third floor that has no elevator. You are given 5-7 stops per hour but some of the stops might be 20-30 minutes away. Which makes it’s impossible to complete all your stops on time. Not the worst job I’ve ever had but the con’s definitely outweigh the pros
