Pros

Discounts, development opportunities, promote within, benefits, company-culture in the beginning was good, annual salary increases, bonuses can be big

Cons

Company culture went down around 2023, health insurance spouse fee too high, interim CEO, old fashion views on remote/hybrid work, no longer a people first organization

Pros

It takes a lot to be fired/let go from a job here (mostly because the turnover is so high).

Cons

- Overworked and underpaid. - Company gives nominal annual merit raises (1-3%) even for associates they say do high-level work. - When an associate leaves the company, they will divide the work among other associates in lieu of posting a job vacancy. This is becoming more common since the failed merger with Albertsons. - They are resistant to raises when asked, even if you can demonstrate your value add. - As of 2025, they are forcing a mandatory 4-day in office schedule.
