Pros

Set scheduled, Kroger discount, paid weekly

Cons

Expect to work your call days, working the clinic all on your own, pay schedule makes it difficult to get over-time as the work week is roughly 32 hours.

Pros

30 min break umm not many pros sorry Health and dental insurance after 6months or a yr

Cons

Working by yourself, poor management, work overload , sorry training, too much work for one person, don’t hold folks accountable for not doing there share of the work, instead of working like team will everything on one person, only time you ever get a promotion is when there in a pickle not because your deserve it, management doesn’t know how to even out the workload, even if you can barely handle the normal workload you get hit with the “wait there’s more”, half the equipment malfunctioning or just don’t work and your tell the manager and it go in one ear and out the other, etc
