Kromek is a place were if you work hard and take pride in your work, you can thrive. But, more than that, you can become part of a family that will always help you when you stumble. Great people to work with!

Cons

There is some disorganization that is only a natural side-effect of being a growing company, but those things will only improve with time.

Pros

The company has a lot to offer employees who want to grow. If you are a hard worker and take pride in what you do, this is the place for you. They really care about your ideas and support you in improving whatever area you are hired into. It is a good team of staff, everyone is very friendly and it is a good feeling to know you are working for a company that is making a difference with their products (if you haven’t looked on the company site yet kromek.com take a look, its incredible stuff!).

Cons

I would not say this is particularly a con, but if you are someone who likes laid back work and doing the bare minimum, or nothing at all and letting others pick up your slack then this is not the place for you. They encourage and appreciate hard work, doesn't matter if your senior management, administrative staff, or an operator; they expect everyone to put in their best effort .
