      Great place to start your career. You learn a lot.

      Cons

      Lack of directions. When you are assigned work, it's based on your expertise and not job load. If you have a lot of knowledge, you get more projects than another who lack the knowledge. Lack of training. They rather depend on vendors than train their staff .
