      Unit Staff/Clerks- Many of the seasoned and great staff have left

      Cons

      Management-always add more work new tasks and with same amount of resources never allowing overtime CCU/ICU you will float mostly to floors and PCU PS: The way management treat there travelers are worse, not travel friendly
