      You are able to work with many different health professionals.

      The small size of the medical center - you know almost everyone after a couple of months.

      Pros

      Benefits being a FT employee/Retiree. Most people are great (employees and patients). Convenient location. Parking available (street or pay for parking pass).

      Cons

      Some management are terrible. They manage a department and unaware how to do people’s jobs (who they manage). Poor communication from employees who seem unqualified for their job (why were they hired?)
