Culture is top notch and there is a great team of people! If you like freedom and can handle being accountable for your responsibilities you will like this company.

Cons

Processes are constantly changing to help evolve the company. In general this is a positive, but can cause some frustration.

- Great place to gain work experience. - Lots of learning opportunity - Culture is amazing - Great people to work with - Vacation policy - Flexible work hours

Cons

- Low pay (opportunity to make more with incentives and bonuses.) - Focus too much on client satisfaction rather than their employees. - Salary based with Long working hours ( Tries to makes up for it with their vacation policy) - Ridiculous project deadlines
