Everyone is held to a very high standard, but with that a lot of freedom and responsibility. The work is challenging and engineers work closely directly with customers without the overhead of needing to work through a typical sales team. Cons
Kubica Corp follows through on the presented culture. It is not just things that are said. If you do not buy into the culture aspects, some of which are unique, you shouldn't move forward. It's not only about what you can do, but why you do it. The interview process is longer then most. However, it gives you and the company the opportunity to make the best decision before committing precious time of your career to a company.
