      Company is trying to have a better image.

      Cons

      This company is trying so hard to have a better image, however they are forgetting to be genuine. They don’t care about their employees’ growth and development. Kubota suffers from selective outrage. Managers hide the issues when is convenient and blame the innocent standbys when is beneficial for the manager in charge. Bad politics, and major lack of communication.

      When I was there the structure was a mess and there was mistrust between Americans and the corporate workers in and from Japan. Americans felt out of the loop.
