Cons

Lower pay, low annual raises, lack of career paths given, lack of growth opportunity given, caps on raises after you've been in one position for a handful of years. HR tries to drive and control every single part of the business - causes issues all of the time.

This company used to care more about their employees, especially long standing loyal people. Now, they focus on philanthropy and making their public persona better than what employees feel about the company inside the walls.
