      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Upper management were very friendly and approachable, they genuinely seemed to have an interest in all of their employees regardless of their position or title.

      Cons

      They decided to move headquarters to Texas or I would still be there. Could have a little bit better communication and coordination between departments.

      Pros

      If you got all the time in the world to work, then this is the ideal job for you. Great positions for people with no personal life. I am sure it is different for office staff but quite certain for anyone on the production side of things.

      Cons

      work you to death all day long, supervisors as well as leads poorly trained. Retaliation rampant and this creates a high turn over ratio. Slave driver mentality. In order to advance you will develop a brown stain on the tip of your nose.
