Quite possibly the most incompetent HR department I’ve ever seen. HR Business Partners are both micromanaging while not knowing what to do in their jobs. Every director in the department is too busy fighting with each other to get anything done. Other non-HR departments in the company are hesitant to work with them because of it.

1. If they can’t protect employees’ privacy, how can they protect you as customers. Don’t do business with them. 2. They hired people who don’t have advanced job skills. 3. Terrible benefits 4. Terrible HR department that always provided wrong information and don’t know how to fix problems. 5. Gender discrimination exists in this organization.
