HR doesn't care, inexperienced team leads and senior developers with worst ever attitude. Managed Methods project is the worst one. The seniors are full of ego and attitude. There are fights in that project continuously and by fights i mean road side language fights. When you complain this to Manager and HR they say you should respect your seniors and forgive because sometimes they lose their cool. Politics everywhere. After 4-5 complain of a team member that person is still in the team. Every other senior member of the team had fight with him and left company due to it. Easy to crack interview due to which very low CTC.

This company should not be even your last option for job , they just hire people, and send them on bench, than after sometime, they will give you confirmation of full time, but after few months, they will simply fire. Even after getting so many bad reviews for their poor management and worst HR people, they are not replacing them, people who are full of arrogance and not able to manage anything they all are in HR teams here. They are simply firing people nowadays and after getting so many bad reviews, instead of improving and working on their management, they might have asked and requested few people from the company to post some good fake reviews. Please don't go on any positive reviews, company was very good 2 years back, but now due to so many worst people in company it has become worst.
