Cons

* Wrong focus with execs already residing in high dollar Manhattan real estate offices from the first day. * Leadership isn't "roll up the sleeves and chip in" style vs. "do what they say or else" approach * Shotgun-style approach to learning what the market will bear for their future vs. laser-focus on building the foundation of a successful base to climb into the clouds * Needs to create market differentiator vs. "Me Too" SI approach to solving customer problems

Miserable culture at Kyndryl- Worst of IBM was spun off

Some nice people trying to earn a living.

Cons

They do not pay commissions DEI is rampant as was imparted by IBM CEO. Hangers-on all over the place. IBM mentality which will drive it into the ground People are not managed properly. Have no ideas at skillsets as all they do is manage by spreadsheet. No real products anymore. Just resellers of other's products and services.

Corporate leadership is inept and focused solely on improving the stock price. Not a single offering is "best in class" or even competitive when considering cost and performance. Senior management must navigate an ever-shifting landscape of new arrivals, new objectives, and new measurements of performance. Middle management is mostly a collection of stuttering IBM cast-offs or career tag-a-longs with higher up's . Account managers struggle to make things work, locked into unprofitable contracts and told to "make it green".
