Pros

For full time employee benefits are pretty good. If you like to work 9 to 5 and do mostly nothing then you'll like it

Cons

No new technologies, no interesting projects, prison like environment. Caucasian are minorities and not treated equally.

Pros

Job security. You get paid for doing the bare minimum and unless you really work hard to not do your job or anger upper management, you won't get fired. There was a yearly bonus which was pretty sweet.

Cons

Management does not know a thing about managing people. Company culture is that of a Japanese company: work hard (10+ hrs) = favoritism. This company never thinks outside the box, and for employees who want to push the envelope, they get scolded for. If you're not a "yes-man", you're put on the crap list and will be labeled as a "troublemaker". No room for growth. I worked there for three years and never saw anyone get promoted.

I like hours that I worked and convenient location..

Cons

Low wages, not so friendly, Japanese dictatorship style. Waste of time exercising twice a week, poor equipment to work with. not professional management
