Cons

Revolving Door - Many people quit / leave the company in protest No room for growth or raises / not the best pay Totally clueless about the issues that employees face - just do their job Huge system issues! Poor management / leadership s in charge of various departments Unprofessional work environment

Pros

Financially sound. Great product. Respected name.

Cons

Low pay. Poor management being sent from headquarters in Japan. No vision. Management focus is the short term dollars at any cost. No real ideas or plans on how to grow market. Staff & management coming out of the headquarters office have very limited knowledge of doing business in the US, but they run everything and make all the decisions. Staff & management hired in the US are not allowed to participate in any real significant decisions. It is a two class system and only the class coming out of the headquarters location oversees matter – the rest are second class. Most associates and managers are very frustrated.

Pros

If you need a job it will help pay the bills. Plus, you get to choose a Company Logo'd item from a small selection for your Christmas Gift, and ONLY at Christmas.

Cons

Senior management on the technical side turns a blind eye as to how their middle managers treat their employees. Also, as to how those managers actually belittle those employees in front of your coworkers. Discouraged from taking vacation.
