Pros
Plenty of great people in the work environment. Admin dept and customer service was a great dynamic!!!!!!! Made friends with many different nice people including many people who worked in sales
Cons
Upper management does not want to pay you for your hard work. Bosses just want to pile work onto you and they don't expect you to ask for a raise.... All they want to do is keep hiring sales people I have seen so many sales people in and out of that place in the last 3 years working there.... Upper management is horrible... All my controller did was give me more and more work to handle and I felt was never really appreciative.... Plenty of other people recognized and appreciated my hard work..... Maybe I would have stayed if they offered me more $$$$$$$$$$ But I never saw that happening, nor felt I was building a career path.....
