Pros

Paid for holidays, very laid back, can use headphones on floor, If your Vietnamese the lead will actually train you. if you give backrubs to the lead you get put on days. If you consider it a training facility rather then permanent job you can score a better job at a company that will pay well. Pention if you last 5 yesrs

Cons

But if your shift was on weekend you had to work on holidays such as Christmas. Expect 16 cent raises oncr a year. Messy shop that floods daily, has mostly tribal knowledge skills.

Pros

Great company philosophy and benefits.

Cons

Japanese management very difficult to work with. Japanese stick to themselves. Too many reports, requests, meetings, no results. Very little technology and employees are not given tools to accomplish their jobs. Too much penny pinching.
