Pros

There is stability, sometimes a lot of work, sometimes not so much

Cons

Lots of lip-service is given to plans and schedules, but the ability to actually follow them is weak.

Was a great company, no longer so.

Pros

Benefits; Cheap medical insurance with great coverage, 401k match, life insurance, and a pension. Decent work/life balance. Some good coworkers that have a sense of humor. High standards of ethics (president excluded) and good corporate philosophy.

Cons

There is no true leadership here, only management. This company has lost their vision and needs someone to guide them or they will eventually fade away and cease to exist. Unhealthy conflict, sour attitudes, and a generally unpleasant working environment. Highest priced product in a cheap commoditized market. No real support from Japan HQ. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Mediocre pay.
