Pros

Company has a long history and an amazing founder.

Cons

Management are the most mediocre people I have ever met. Instead of hiring the people that have been around for the longest they should bring in outside talent who are the best people for the job.

Pros

Smart and nice people to work with. Was given lots of opportunity for advancement and learning. Good work-life balance. Competitive benefits program.

Cons

Company is stagnant and not going anywhere fast. Japanese leadership is sometimes out of touch with the realities of the US cell phone market.

Pros

Great staff, bosses are friendly, coworkers are easy going. Great place to work.

Cons

hours could use a bit of a spruce up. Sometimes a bit confusing structure and late nights. Lots of personalities to handle in one space.
