Pros

It's a job. No other pro's

Cons

The people you work with do not want to do their job and blame others. Prepare for write ups and morning stretching.

Pros

Benefits are okay, working environment is okay too. Gives 100% half-year bonus. Company heads are friendly. Promotes company outing like summer outing and family day.

Cons

Salary increase is low. Not flexible time shift unlike before that employees can come to office anytime as long as they complete their 8 working hours.

Pros

Great work life balance. Moderate pay. Good people in field engineer roles in both technical and business consultants groups.

Cons

Very limited growth potential. Very average skill levels among employees in HQ Inept upper management, especially marketing. Employees are forced to read 'philosophy' that managers, directors and VPs never follow
