Company produces quality products and has a reputation for standing behind it's products.

Cons

Corporate planning and strategy tied to staying out of trouble with parent company governed oversees in Japan. Lackluster leadership with significant mismanagement and deep voids in organizational development, employee retention and appreciation, customer relations and strategic planning, among many others. It is no surprise that company is struggling in a increasingly competitive market.

Stable job. No fear of layoff. No one works hard, and you don't have to, so that the work-life balance is good. Guaranteed annual bonus.

Cons

Work shift. 8AM-5PM, 8:30AM-5:30PM, or 9AM-5PM. You must be on time and can't leave the office early. Worship the founder like a religious cult. The employees are not paid well, so they tend to fight due to the frustration. Racially divided. This company is located in infamous bad neighborhood called Concord, California.
