Pros

The product line is getting updated and the name is started to recognized in the market place with companies. The company has good benefits.

Cons

The new management seems off track and without industry knowledge. Lots of negative comments and not overly impressed with ideas or training.

Pros

Competitive benefits and salary within industry.

Cons

From supervisors to C level executives, very political, cliquish, and not interested in improvement of childish to embarrassing policies, procedures, and support. If you are a professional with years of experience, pass this company by, better opportunity and stability with other OEM's.
