Cons
Rigid core working hours for some divisions. Some divisions manufacturing poor work/life balance. 2 weeks vacation to 5 years then 3 weeks, raising to 5+ weeks after 20 years. Regular reorganization, especially in Manufacturing. Big admin consolidation going on, and recent RIFS ( Accounting, HQ Admin and IT), so those areas may not be recruiting.
