Pros

Clean and comfortable office, Opportunity to work with emerging technologies that help people, culture oriented around doing the common good and lifting each other up

Cons

Disorganized onboarding, disconnected leadership, and lack of integrity in regards to employment agreements. For more context, I was brought on for a 10 week contract and had 1 week vacation which was discussed prior. After spending weeks getting onboarded and spending my first days fixing the numerous issues with my desk set up I get a call from my recruiter that they are reneging on my contract while I was on vacation. The decision makes zero sense if they were worried about time since getting another person would have taken longer than just continuing with me.
