Pros

Good benefits compared to other companies. (Gym use benefit, salary loan, convertible to cash leaves, medical reimbursement, midyear and Christmas bonuses) Some seniors are very helpful and fun to work with, making work stress manageable. There are a lot of clubs based on your interest.

Cons

Workload increases first before your promotion. (that is if ever you will be endorsed to be promoted) No technical training is available for you to be marketable outside the company. Promotion and annual salary increases are low. It can't keep up with the inflation rate. Management favors investing in hiring new hires than keeping tenured employees with more knowledge on the technicalities and workflows. Patent incentive is a taxable and one time incentive that is too low as compensation for your intellectual property. Monthly logging of daily work hours is a counterproductive and tedious task since every employee handles multiple projects at once.
