It's ran like a company from the 70's. No one dares voice opinions as you're told to be quiet or they just don't bother to listen. Very toxic management, it's more a group of pals that do everything over the phone and do nothing in writing. No one really helps anyone and you're are just left to suffer alone. No one really cares and most of the staff are waiting to be made redundant. Wages are terrible and I think in 8 years nothing really good happened. I didn't see anyone get better, I just watched people slowly care less from all the let downs. Really poor management. Wages poor. Lots of mind games and manipulation.
