Pros

People are generally nice Good social

Cons

Pay isn't great Work hours aren't flexible, you must arrive by 8.30, leave 5 and 1 hour for lunch. You can not be a minute late My manager was a bully but they did nothing as she knew too much about the company. She bullied me and multiple other people. She was a depressed and lonely lady and took it out on others. Was sad to see.

Pros

There are many good ideas and methods from Japan.

Cons

Japanese expatriates, former expatriates who became locally hired, and long-time Kyocera employees implicitly impose old cultural practices.
