Pros

Good benefits package but that’s all

Cons

Very little training if at all. No growth opportunities. Low pay. No raises. No communication and too much drama. Hard workers need not apply. Hard workers are not appreciated or shown appreciation. High turn over because people leave constantly due to the reasons listed above. Even after years of service you do not get a raise or a promotion while they bring in new people at higher pay rates and titles who end up leaving. Everyone who stays knows they are not appreciated and will not see reward or compensation at the level of new hires with no experience receive.
