Pros

Great place if your Asian.

Cons

Everything about this place. Stay away unless your Asian. I have never worked for a place with so much complacency. If you like being treated badly for trying to make things better, this is the place for you. To many Asian immigrants that are not friendly to anyone not from their country. In my world, that is called racism and the HR Dept. allows this to happen.

Pros

I was able to move around within several positions during my time here with the company. However, most of them were lateral moves that didn't necessarily involve too much of a salary increase. But I did find the experience and the training to be beneficial long term as I could add them to my portfolio of skills. I think that if someone manages to stay on long enough they will definitely get the upward mobility they are looking for -- but I also think this is because turnover is somewhat high and it's not too had to eventually become someone who has seniority.

Cons

The culture of the individual branch that I worked at was terrible -- no one wanted honesty, instead they wanted someone to play the politics game. They promote from within (which is good) but there is a lot of favoritism (which is bad). Lots of office drama and to be honest I think it started up top with management.

Pros

They let you learn cnc. I was able to do multiple projects.

Cons

They make you run 2 to 3 machines at once. They find ways not to give you a raise. Raises are very very small. They want mass amounts of overtime. They like to lay off all the time. I was a full time employee. They laud me off and wanted me to be a temp. I turned them down and went to engineering school instead. I now over doubled my pay as entry level. $60k stearate clear from this place if you work in production.
