Pros

Managers seem to care about your well being and workload, there's a good work-life balance. Everyone at the company is really nice. Benefits are not bad too.

Cons

Upper management in Japan is sometimes out of step with what is going on in Concord and it can lead to some miscommunications. Pay is not very competitive compared to other Bay Area engineering roles.
