Business Outlook
Pros
Easy going. Reasonable work schedules. Not too many late hours. Flexible working times. Friendly people, 15 Holidays.
Cons
Favoritism. Everyone not treated equally. Low salary relative to other companies. Swindled. Small Raise first year. No raise 2nd year. Promise of quick advancement (so I would accept a lower salary) before hiring seemed to be an empty promise perhaps based on an unattainable standard.. Medical went up substantially with no warning after I started. Huge chunk gone from paycheck. (One child families penalized the most). Company not paying their share of benefits.
