Dear Reviewer, Thank you for the feedback. It’s been 2 years since you left. We would like to inform you with pleasure that we had recruited individuals almost around the same time who are still working with us and have moved to next level. The comment on how we only provide access to only one website is baseless- the reason being, we are a recruiting firm and we deal with a great variety of requisitions. These requisitions require research and we cannot limit this research to just one website. We have plenty of them to support recruitment function. We are sorry about your notion of our work culture but that we take as a matter of one’s personal outlook otherwise we have our great strength of employees, we are growing and building our brand and that talks volumes about our work culture. Thank you for your advice to Management! An old aphorism- respect needs to be earned and not demanded/given.

Thank you for this feedback. We do a survey on the current trends in the recruitment industry and we have found that our incentive structure is at-par. We have a robust incentive plan and we are competing with the stalwarts in this industry. Last year our top performer was gifted a Hyundai Eon car. This year we are giving away a Harley Davidson to our top performer. We have trips to the USA to our mid- level performers, and cash rewards to our employees for their monthly performance as well. We have employees from various reputed companies that stand testimonial to this. On an average 30 % of the ex-employees re-join Kyyba, around 40 % of employees are with Kyyba over 2 years and 35 % are with us for more than 5 years. We have awarded 4 employees this year who have completed 10 years in the system and this is something of a massive credit. We are growing both in US and Offshore by leaps and bounds so we disregard such false claims. As far as your advice of “basic knowledge in US recruitment” goes, here is a link you must read so that you realize that how are we running the show.
