The pro that you have mentioned, negates all the other comments you have made against cons. We trust our employees and believe they are focused and know what they are hired to do. We find it unfortunate that you did not utilize this freedom to attain the right objectives and goals. If there is freedom, there can’t be room for politics. It’s been a year and a half since this review was posted – and we wonder how we raked in profits for this period, while having a “management with no knowledge of recruitment.”
On your “verge of suicide remarks “- Our retention, rehire and growth data says otherwise so we trust our employees find this a place worth working at , learning and growing .Our culture and conduct is standard, it depends on an individual’s own perspective and understanding of the place. We are very thankful that you spared your advice as we have many good employees and industry experts for this.
