Pros

Pension and profit sharing are among the best in the area. Employee store provides huge discounts on not so perfect returned merchandise. Located in quaint maine town

Cons

Continuous downsizing turnover layoffs high stress highly competitive. Management lacks strategic focus and direction. No work home balance. Hard to engage as to where the company is going. Success despite this lack of management talent.

Messy

Pros

Easy work and easy to get by doing bare minimum. Which can argue is also a con.

Cons

Very lackluster, no connection amongst teams, leaders use lots of buzzwords but don’t act on things. Racism and sexism amongst upper management is rampant. A lot of people are in positions they shouldn’t be in. Old systems, styles, management lack vision to market towards younger and non white customers. Overall reminds of a a cross over between 55+ community and mean girls characters.

Pros

Very good to employees

Cons

Not very forward thinking. Will adopt new processes at the tail end of usefulness.
